VIENNA, Austria — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to Foundation for a drug facts campaign Drug-Free World Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers via public information points and event-based activities. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, the initiative relies on “Truth About Drugs” materials to present straightforward information on drug risks, with particular attention to cannabis, described by public monitoring bodies as the most widely used illicit drug in Europe. Organisers say, the Vienna activities aim to reach teenagers early, with visibility at major public events, including the Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools.
